Sometimes, when I sit down to relax with a film or a TV box set, God challenges me to see things differently. A storyline, a quote, or a theme might spark a new perspective or lead me to explore a topic in the Bible that I hadn’t considered before.
On this page, I’ll be sharing ‘worksheets’ that pair key quotes from films with Bible verses—some that reinforce the message, others that challenge it. Each worksheet includes thought-provoking questions and, in some cases, a few of my own reflections.
How you use them is entirely up to you. You might want to settle in for some personal reflection—just you, a film, and a bowl of popcorn. Or you could gather some friends, watch together, and dive into a lively discussion (perhaps with a glass of wine in hand).
